Opened in late 2017, the LINE occupies a former First Church of Christ, Scientist, which was built in 1912 at the crest of the hill that defines the Adams Morgan neighborhood.

During the design phase of the LINE, careful consideration was given to the church's past and the history of the Adam's Morgan neighborhood. A commitment to preservation by re-imagination is evident throughout the building today, where original hymnal boards have been repurposed for way finding and church pews provide ample common area seating. Perhaps the most striking example of this design philosophy is the church’s pipe organ, which has been given new life as a massive chandelier in the lobby. Combined, these features give the hotel's guest a DC experience that is simply unmatched.

While we do not have a room block for the Washington Hilton, it remains a very good option as it is within walking distance to the venue and offers a wide range of rooms to select from.

There are plenty of Airbnb options in the DMV area to choose from. If you're interested in an Airbnb for your stay, we would recommend booking close to the venue. Surrounding neighborhoods include Adams Morgan, the U St. Corridor, and Kalorama Heights.
