When do I need to RSVP?
Please RSVP as soon as possible! We kindly ask that all responses be submitted by November 1. Our venue and vendors require an accurate headcount, so your timely response truly helps us plan and stay organized. We can’t wait to celebrate and dance the night away with all of our favorite people, and we don’t want to miss anyone on the list!
What should I wear?
The dress code is cocktail / semi-formal attire. Please do not wear jeans. Gentlemen, a button-down with dress pants or khakis is great; a blazer or suit is optional. Ladies, a cocktail dress or a dressy pantsuit is perfect. As guests, respectfully refrain from wearing white or near white colors, as this is reserved for the bride. Are children welcome?
Yes, children are welcome to attend and celebrate with us. If little ones become restless or noisy during the ceremony, parents should step out with them so the moment (and our video!) isn’t disrupted. We only get one chance to capture these memories. Your respect and understanding mean so much to us.
Can I bring a plus-one?
Your invitation will indicate if you have a plus-one. When you RSVP using the QR code (or RSVP tab on this website), it will show the number of guests included. Due to venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.
That said, if your invitation was addressed to your family and you notice that a household family member who should be included isn’t listed when you RSVP, please let us know so we can make sure they’re accounted for. If you’re unsure or have questions, feel free to reach out!
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. In case of rain (and we’d love your prayers that it doesn’t!), the ceremony will move to a covered outdoor area or indoors so everyone stays dry and comfortable.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
No, we kindly ask that our ceremony be an unplugged ceremony. That means all phones and devices should be turned off and put away. We truly want everyone to be present with us in the moment, and we also don’t want phones or cameras in the background of our professional photos and videos. We’ve hired a photographer and videographer to capture everything beautifully. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy being fully there with us. At the reception, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you want!
What is the timeline for the wedding?
The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, with guests arriving between 3:30–3:50 PM to get seated. After the “I do’s,” the reception will run from 5:00–9:00 PM. We’d love for you to stay the whole evening — eat, celebrate, and dance the night away with us!
