The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal or cocktail attire. For the men, dress slacks and shirt, optional tie, and/or a sport coat. For the women, dresses, pantsuits, or jumpsuits are great options. Keep in mind when choosing options for shoes, as our ceremony will take place outside in a grassy area.
When should I RSVP by?
Please be sure to RSVP on our website by February 1st.
Can I bring a guest?
Thank you for understanding that our wedding celebration is invitation only.
Are you providing transportation?
Yes. We have a bus that will take guests from the Hampton Inn & the Holiday Inn Express to the venue. The bus can hold 15 guests per trip. The driver will start trips to the venue at 3pm. The last trip to the venue will be at 3:45pm as the ceremony starts at 4pm. He will stay on property and then take trips back to those hotels starting at 9:30pm.
Please remember, we are in a rural area where Uber/Lyft are not abundent.
Can I take photos and post on social media?
Of course! We’d love to see your photos from our reception. However, we do ask that you do not take pictures during the ceremony. We’ve got a great team of photographers and videographers that we trust to capture our special moments. We’ll share these with you after the wedding.
What is the weather like in Benson, NC?
The weather in March is variable. Expect mid 50s during the day, but chilly at night.
Can I bring my children?
We love all the little ones in our family, but our wedding is not child friendly, except for those in our immediate family. We hope you can enjoy a parents night out, on us!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes. During the cocktail hour, our outdoor bar will serve beer, wine, and 3 signature cocktails. During the reception, we will have a full open bar with a selection of beer, wine, and assorted liquors. Please enjoy and celebrate responsibly.
What are our options for lodging?
We have a block of rooms reserved at three nearby hotels. Visit the Travel page on our website for more info.
