The wedding will take place in Gatlinburg, TN at The Venue at Greenbriar Estate—a beautiful spot just a little ways outside the city.

We recommend arriving at the venue 20–30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and shuttling up to the venue.

We’re planning for an outdoor ceremony! It’ll be short and sweet, but if the weather is too cold or rainy, we’ll move things indoors.

December in Gatlinburg can be chilly, with average temperatures ranging from the 30s to 50s. We suggest dressing in layers and bringing a jacket, especially for the outdoor ceremony.

Wedding attire is semi-formal. - Ladies: Think midi or longer dresses. - Gentlemen: Button-down shirts and slacks. Since it may be chilly, especially outdoors, we recommend bringing a jacket or layering up!

Not at all. There’s a parking lot at the bottom of the mountain, and a shuttle will take you up to the venue.

Parking is available at the shuttle lot. The shuttle will bring you up to the venue. No additional transportation will be provided, so please plan accordingly if staying offsite.

We recommend staying in the Gatlinburg or Sevierville area. There are plenty of hotels, cabins, and Airbnbs to choose from!

The closest major airport is in Knoxville, TN. Gatlinburg does have a smaller airport, but most guests will find Knoxville easier. From there, you can rent a car or take an Uber/Lyft to Gatlinburg.

Yes! After the ceremony, we’ll have a reception with dinner, drinks, and dessert. Come hungry!

If you’re making a weekend of it, we recommend checking out the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, downtown Gatlinburg shops, and some of the local restaurants and distilleries!
