Please RSVP by May 26th to ensure we have an accurate guest count to share with our vendors.

We ask that guests please arrive by 3:30pm to allow for enough time to find a seat and enjoy a beverage before the ceremony begins. The earliest guests may arrive to the venue is 3pm.

Due to the intimacy of the venue, we are unable to extend invites for plus ones, unless otherwise specified. We hope that you'll still join us for our special day!

Dress your best, but we want you to feel comfortable, so no formal wear is required. A dress shirt and tie for the men or a dress / pantsuit for the ladies are great options. We’d love it if you left the shorts & jeans at home. We ask that the ladies refrain from wearing white or similar tones. The ceremony & cocktail hour will be outside so please be mindful of the weather. Sunscreen is a great idea! The groomsmen will be in navy & the bridesmaids will be in olive green.

Yes! However, there are only 90 parking spots at the venue (including vendor spaces) so we highly recommend carpooling!

Both the ceremony and reception will be at The Tin Roof Barn in White Salmon, WA. The venue is fully ADA accessible. The address is 15 Birddog Rd. White Salmon, WA 98672. Please note that if coming from Portland and wanting to cross the river in Hood river, there is a $3.50 toll for cars.

The weather in late July is typically pretty warm. Additionally, the ceremony will take place outdoors on an uncovered patio. Please dress accordingly, drink lots of water & wear sunscreen!

The bridge connecting Hood River & White Salmon requires a $3.50 fee for regular passenger vehicles. Please click on our travel page for more information.

We will have two signature cocktails for your enjoyment during cocktail hour. During the reception, only beer & wine will be served per venue requirements. Non-alcoholic options will also be available & there will be a coffee cart later in the evening.
