Our story all began when Christian finally worked up the courage to message Savannah while stationed in Italy. Our relationship started when Christian came home for his dads wedding in the summer of 2016. We hung out for the whole month of July while Christian was home on leave. Our first date was a Luke Bryan concert at Gillette Stadium. We were inseparable from the start and the summer was filled with fun adventures. We both love to travel and explore new places, so it really worked out early in our relationship. Savannah went to Italy to visit Christian while he was stationed there and even went to visit him in Alamogordo, New Mexico! Long distance relationships are not easy, but we were determined to make it work. From there, Christian moved back home and we eventually got our first house and our most favorite addition, Charlie, the yellow lab (a.k.a. Chucky)! The last big piece of this story was the proposal. In December of 2023, Christian staged a family photo shoot and proposed at a rustic barn in Walpole. His best friend, Mike, was juggling Charlie and a camera, ready to capture the moment. The rest is history!
