Guests will be calling in to reserve their own rooms with their own credit cards. The room block is reserved under Tyo Foster Wedding. The cut off date for this room block will be June 2, 2025. Any rooms that have not been reserved by that date will automatically be released back into general inventory to be sold on a first come first serve basis, and the group rate will no longer be available. The hotel has a 14 passenger shuttle and will offer 2 complimentary runs to and from the venue.
