The 3 overnight accommodations below are the closest to the venue about 5mi or 10-15 mins. We want our out-of -town guests to book these ASAP as rooms are limited in this area, and we hope to run transportation to and from these locations to get guests safely to the venue then back to their room.

If you do not get one of these rooms, Branson is a 30-40 minute curvier drive away, but is a fun tourist city w/ many accommodations. There may also be some rental home options w/ AirBnB or VRBO. There would also be accommodations in Cassville, MO about 20 mins away, which won’t be anything crazy fancy.
We want to keep everyone safe navigating the country curves, so if you choose to stay further away, take the curves slow and PLEASE designate a driver.
Josh and Lorie Woten also would like to offer up their land for anyone who is interested to pitch a tent and camp for free! They also have camper connections for any RVs. If you end up having too much to drink, PLEASE do not hesitate to stay the night, we will figure out space, or you can leave your car and get it in the morning!
We have added in a question on RSVP regarding transportation. Since there are no Ubers down there, we are arranging a party bus to run to and from hotels listed below for those that need it. Would be around $15 per person.

Flat Creek Lodge
BOOK ASAP if you're interested. They only have 15 rooms. 4 rooms w/ king beds and 11 rooms w/ double beds.
This location is so cool, right by the lake and a bar w/ good food! They do not have a minimum stay. This will be 5miles/15 mins from the venue. The rooms are cute and themed!

BOOK ASAP IF INTERESTED! 2-day minimum stay. 6 small rooms, and 2 houses total. These were beautiful rooms right on the lake.
-They had one home w/ a kitchen that can fit 8-10 people
-A 2 bedroom home that can fit 4-6 people
-6 studios w/ 1 queen bed and 1 queen sofa sleeper.
This is 5 miles/10mins from the venue. They said rooms book up fast, so please hop on these if you have a bigger group and prefer to be close to the venue.
Our family has fished and camped in the Cape Fair area for decades, enjoying the surrounding community and the variety of fish and watersports that Table Rock Lake is known for. Bridgeport Resort
BOOK ASAP IF INTERESTED, 2 night minimum, nonrefundable deposit. This has more of an old school motel feel, but the people are very nice and the rooms were clean, just not anything fancy! Awesome location right by the lake. Once again 5mi/10mins from the venue.
