Do I need to be vaccinated or wear a mask?
It is the policy of the venue that all unvaccinated guests must wear a mask when not actively eating or drinking.
Can I bring my children to the wedding?
To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the wedding.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.
Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Both the ceremony and the reception will be taking place at The Oasis Conference Center in Loveland, OH. The ceremony will be in the Sandalwood room, and the reception will be in the Mulberry room.
Is there transportation to and from the hotel?
The hotel with room block (Hilton Garden Inn Northeast) will provide a shuttle service one hour before the ceremony and one hour after the reception.
What time should I arrive?
Doors will open 30 minutes before the ceremony begins.
Can I bring a date?
We have a strict guest list. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?
Yes! There will be, multiple gluten free/dairy free options throughout the reception. Additionally, there will be a vegetarian option available for dinner.
