You can start booking hotel rooms or Airbnbs about 9-12 months prior to the wedding date. Usually anything earlier will not be open on the calendar. Most of the hotels are walking distance from Waikiki Beach as well as the airport which is about an 11 minute drive. The only place that will be further away is the wedding venue.

You can book whatever hotel you like! In the travel section of the website are a few recommended hotels. We will have a blocking of rooms at the Hilton and will send out details on that once we get RSVPs back. Everything is very close to the Honolulu airport and very close to the beach as well.

This is YOUR trip. We will have a loose itinerary of things to do but otherwise make this your holiday! We will have group dinner start Tuesday night, Wednesday Night and then of course the wedding. Apart from dinners feel free to explore or join us in activities that we are planning on doing 🙂

Yes! If there are things on the itinerary you would like to join in on please let us know so we can look at doing group bookings! If you are interested in any of the activities please let us know ahead of time.

They have everything! We will be doing indian theme for the wedding of course but there are plenty of options. We will always have veg and non veg options as well as a few nights where we will try and book group dinners :)
