We have a strict guest list to stay within the venues legal capacity. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Yes we do. We have a block at 3 hotels and camping options are also available. More details on the "Travel" tab.

While we truly love all of your littles, we do have limited space. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We do request all phones and cameras be put away during our ceremony so our photographers and videographers can get the best shots. But, we encourage guests to post pictures they take after the ceremony on their social media channels! We ask that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #HappilyEverHeidebrink so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

The dress code for our wedding is semi formal/ cocktail attire.

The ceremony will be outside, dinner will be taking place inside the barn, followed by an outside reception. If it happens to rain on the day of we will move the ceremony indoors.

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “declined,” so we can plan accordingly.

No, please drink responsibly. Cars may be left overnight and must be picked up by 8am Sunday.

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table and wishing well for your convenience.
