This is in a VERY remote location. There is no phone service out at the location within the valley of the desert. We want our family and friends to be fully present to celebrate with us. Signs and GPS coordinates will get you to our location! All details and travel guides will be shared here.

It is not safe for children because it is in the desert and there is no lighting besides the lighting above the tables. This includes infants, breast feeding babies, and toddlers. As much as we love and adore all our children, the answer is no. If you are in need of child care, please ask. We have many referrals and people to help that evening and can help get it sorted out!

There is a smaller parking lot by our venue. There are going to be designated parking spaces for our grandparents and mobile-limited friends. If needing special accommodation please reach out to Shalee. If renting a car- we advise no low-riding cars as it is a 20+ min drive back on only a dirt road. Shuttle system for our guests! We have a Shuttle that can take guests to and from the venue location if you choose to take that and not drive back into the desert! There is a parking lot and there will be signs to follow along the way! Please park at the Peralta Trail Elementary School and our shuttle will safely bring you to and from the venue starting at 5:30. Please be on time for the shuttle timeline. The shuttle will start taking guest back to their cars at 8:45/9:00. Reception ends at 10:30pm
