Guests, please start booking your room reservations. The weekend of the wedding is University of Delaware's Homecoming Weekend. Newark is going to be busy so, booking rooms early would be best! There are many hotels in the area as well as the two listed.
Hyatt Place Newark / Main Street
Guests can call the hotel directly to book their rooms using the Behan-Ball room block.
There will be a shuttle leaving this hotel at 3:30. This shuttle will depart at 3:45!
Courtyard by Marriott Newark-University of Delaware
Guests can call the hotel to book their rooms using the Behan-Ball room block.
There will be a shuttle leaving at 3:30pm and 4pm to get to the venue. We would suggest trying to get on the 3:30 shuttle due to increased traffic in the area.
Hilton Wilmington/Christiana
This is another hotel that is away from the University of Delaware's campus that guests can use. There is not a room block here but, it is away from homecoming festivities so, the rates are not as expensive.
Philadelphia International Airport
Philadelphia International Airport is about 45 minutes to 1 hour away from Newark, DE.
Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport
BWI Airport is about an hour to an hour and a half south of Newark, DE.
