We recommend traveling into Florence, where you can rent a car if you'd like to drive to the venue and explore the countryside on your own. We will also have shuttles from Florence to the venue on Friday, May 2 and return shuttles to Florence on Sunday, May 4.

Lodging for all guests is available onsite at the venue in the refurbished rooms of the medieval villa. We will coordinate rooms with all guests once RSVPs are confirmed -- no need to book on your own!

Saturday, May 3

Breakfast is included for all guests.

Activities

We will have activities available around the venue on Saturday before the ceremony. Details to come!

Light Lunch

1:00 PMA light lunch will be served for all guests.

4:30 PMAttire: Funky FormalOur ceremony will take place at 4:30 PM in the venue garden overlooking the vineyards.

5:00 PMEnjoy a light aperitivo and music while we celebrate and take photos after the ceremony.

Dinner

7:00 PM We will be serving a traditional Tuscan dinner, celebrating the flavors of the region and our shared love of food.

Dance Party

10:00 PMAttire: PajamasChange into your pajamas and your dancing shoes as we dance the night away!

Sunday, May 4

Brunch

10:00 AM - 12:00 PMWe will be serving a light brunch on Sunday morning.

Guests Depart

We will have return shuttles to Florence around 1-2pm. Guests with their own cars can stay until 6pm.
