When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by February 1, 2025.

Can I bring a date?

While we would love to have as many of you and your loved ones as possible, we want to keep our wedding intimate and tight-knit. Invitations do not include a +1 unless otherwise specified.

Where should I stay?

Accommodation for all guests will be provided onsite at the venue in the refurbished rooms of the medieval villa. There are various room sizes available depending on your needs. Once your RSVP is confirmed we will reach out with more information!

What should I wear?

For our welcome pizza party, the dress code is Fashion-Forward Semi-Formal -- think streetwear elements and self-expression. Our dress code for the ceremony and reception is Funky Formal -- think bold suits and colorful gowns (and it goes without saying, but ladies, please refrain from wearing white). As the spring weather can be cold and damp, we recommend bringing some warm options just in case!

Can we take pictures on our phones/cameras during the ceremony?

We ask that you please abstain from taking photos on your phones during the ceremony itself so that we can let the professional photographers do what they do best. However, we would love for you to photograph away during the reception, and we will set up an app for you to share your photos with us.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our plan is for the ceremony and meals to take place outdoors, but we have backup options indoors in case of inclement weather.

What will the weather be like?

Early May in Tuscany is beautiful but can certainly get chilly. While average daytime temperatures range between 63°F to 79°F, evenings can be cold, especially in the ancient buildings of the venue. We recommend bringing slippers and warm clothes just in case!

What if I can't make it to Italy?

We understand that an international trip is a big undertaking, so if you can't make it to Italy, no worries at all! We will be holding a celebration in Chicago in the autumn of 2025 to celebrate with our loved ones stateside -- more details to come.

Do you have a registry?

Your support for our love is more than enough of a gift! However, if you would like to support us a little extra, we have set up a small registry including a cash fund for our dream honeymoon in Japan as well as a few kitchen items so we can level up our culinary creations - food is our love language, after all. All can be found under the registry tab on the website. If you would like to ship any gifts, please send to 1014 Maple Ave, Evanston IL 60202.

When should we arrive at the venue?

Guests can check into the venue starting at 2 PM local time on Friday, May 2. Shuttles will arrive around 3 and 5 PM.
