The dress code is semi-formal. This doesn’t mean ballgowns and tuxedos; However, it does mean no jeans, t-shirts or crocs. Dress graciously and appropriately. “Sunday Best” would be a great example. Cocktail party wear is also a fantastic option!

Parking for the chapel is behind the Stewart House down the gravel path. We ask that only those that require close proximity to the door, such as people with difficulty walking or breathing, park in this area due to limited space. Other guests may park across the street at The Depot’s parking spaces. The Depot offers parking directly in front of the venue, as well as across the street towards the stationary trains.

Our best advice is to expect the unexpected! We love to have fun and be silly, and we have every intention of incorporating that into our day. We want everyone to come ready to let loose and dance the night away, and for anyone with reservations towards this due to their dance moves- don’t worry, it’s an open bar! We want our wedding to be true to who we are as a couple, as well as individuals. So you can expect to hear Johnny Cash one song, and Taylor Swift the next! It’s going to be crazy, fun, amazing, and of course, the best day EVER!

Our ceremony will be held at The Stewart House Chapel. It is a beautiful event venue run by Miss Melissa Newbern and we are oh-so lucky to be holding our ceremony there. The window is EVERYTHING!!

We are having our reception at The Depot on Bradley. We love not just the way the space looks, but also how it feels. We’ve both attended events held there and cannot wait to add to the history of such an iconic Carrollton landmark!

The videography company we have chosen is Legacy Multimedia. One day while scrolling through social media, they just popped up on our page and we were hooked right then and there.
