Uber/Lyft
Uber and Lyft are the easiest ways to get between neighborhoods in Pittsburgh. However the Downtown/North Shore/Strip District areas are very walkable, with great city views and a few of the city's best parks.
Pittsburgh International Airport
If you are flying in, it's highly recommended not to rent a car but to take an Uber or Lyft from the airport to your hotel in Downtown Pittsburgh.
