If you're a fan of road trips and want to create a completely customized experience before our big day in Key West, we also recommend flying into the Miami airport as a way to potentially cut some costs on a direct flight to Key West. Our recommendation would be to take the three hour journey down the iconic Overseas Highway--often dubbed one of the engineering marvels of the world--and explore the Keys in their full glory. If you want to arrive a few days before the wedding and indulge in all unique places dotted along the Keys, we highly recommend this option. Additionally, if you want to fly into Miami and out of Key West, there are places to drop off a rental car at the airport too! 🏖️
