We encourage our guests to book as soon as possible.

There is no set number of days. We suggest arriving October 24, 2024. Allowing guests a travel / rest day before the weekend festivities begin. Some guests are taking advantage and making this trip a full vacation, while majority are staying 4-5 days. Whatever works best for you!

Please book your hotel accommodations for Andromeda Villas, by emailing Villa Manager, George Vazaios. Directions for this can be found on the “Hotel” tab of this website. We suggest booking your flights through Orbitz or Travelocity.

We have a room block with one hotel, Andromeda Villas. We encourage our guests to stay at this hotel, as we will be having our Welcome Dinner here on Friday, October 25, 2024. Our second suggestion for hotels is, Dana Villas & Infinity Suites. This hotel is within close proximity to both Andromeda Villas and Le Ciel wedding venue. We do not have a room-block with Dana Villas.

We are providing our guests with discounted room rates, which requires a wire transfer of 50% down at the time of booking, the balance is due 21 days prior to your stay. Andromeda Villa's bank information, can be found at the bottom of this page.

Unfortunately not. In order to receive the room-block discounted rate, you will need to do a wire transfer, which entails leaving a 50% deposit down, then the balance is due 21 days prior to your stay. The room-block saves you approximately 25€ per day. If you don't want to be bothered with the hassle of a wire-transfer, you can book directly on their website. Our ceremony will be outdoors overlooking the Aegean Sea, while dinner & dancing will take place in the Open Air Full Caldera view reception area.

Yes, we will have transportation taking our guests to and from Andromeda Villas to Le Ciel wedding venue on Saturday, October 26, 2024. If any of our guests stay at Dana Villas, we will also coordinate transportation to and from, for them.

Ceremony is from 3:30-4:00, please arrive by 3pm. Cocktail Party 4-6:30pm. Dinner 6:30-8:30pm. 8:30-12am Evening Party.

Departure from venue will be at 12am. There will be no set after party, but for those that want to continue the party, there are numerous clubs & bars in the area.

Yes, Guests will be able to enjoy cocktail hour with live music, until the reception begins.

We are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party/ immediate family at our reception. Thank you for understanding, we hope you can still join us.

Yes, a Welcome Dinner on Friday & a Catamaran Boat Day on Sunday.
