Please reserve a room at the Evergreen Hotel by August 11th, 2024. After this date the rooms will be released to the public. Please RSVP to our wedding by August 11th, 2024. And of course, on Friday the 13th, September 2024, shan and rich get hitched at 4:00pm!!

We will have a shuttle from the Evergreen hotel and downtown Golden (exact location TBD, check back). Tentatively, the shuttle will leave Golden at 3:00pm and head to the Evergreen Hotel to depart at 3:30pm to make it to the wedding venue by 4:00pm for the ceremony. Alternatively, there is plenty of parking at the venue. The roads up to the venue are a bit windy so if you plan to enjoy the open bar please have a designated driver! Please also note that Ubers are a slim chance on top of the mountain, as is cell service, so do not rely on rideshare apps for transportation.

Formal! We're getting married at a historic mansion and would love to see everyone dressed their best. Since we are getting married on Friday the 13th, feel free to incorporate some whimsical lucky charms or superstitious elements to your ensemble.

The venue is over 7,500 ft so please be aware of altitude sickness! Drinking water is a must at elevation, and note that your alcohol tolerance will likely be much lower, so keep that in mind!
