WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

The dress code is cocktail and formal attire. Ladies feel free to wear long dresses, jumpsuits, or cocktail dresses. Gentlemen feel free to wear suits or a dress shirt, blazer, and slacks.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. A parking attendant will greet you upon arrival and valet your car for you.

CAN I UBER TO OR FROM THE VENUE?

Of course, we recommend scheduling your Uber ahead of time due to the location of the venue.

IF WE ARE NOT TAKING THE SHUTTLE, WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE AT THE VENUE?

Please arrive no earlier than 4:30 to the venue. Guests may arrive between 4:30pm -4:55pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm.

CAN I TAKE THE SHUTTLE IF I AM NOT A HOTEL GUEST?

Due to the limited space, we ask that anyone that is not a hotel guest drive or take an uber to and from the venue.

ARE THERE ANY EVENTS THE NIGHT BEFORE?

The bridal party and immediate family will be doing a dinner the night before and then going back to the hotel for some drinks. Feel free to join us on Thursday night at 9:00pm at the hotel bar for a few drinks before the big day if you will be around.

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

The ceremony and reception are taking place at the same location, Rock Island Lake CLub. The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) while the cocktail hour and reception are indoors.

IS THERE AN AFTERPARTY?

Of course we want to keep the party going! There will be an afterparty immediately following the wedding at the hotel bar. The bar will be open for us until 2am. The afterparty is a cash bar.
