Dress Code: We kindly request that guests dress in formal attire for our wedding ceremony to celebrate this special occasion in style. Think cocktail dresses, suits, or black-tie elegance.

**A Special Request for Our Wedding**

We’re so excited to share our special day with all of you!! Zane & I wanted to request an unplugged ceremony! This means we’d love for you to put your phones, cameras, and other devices away during the ceremony itself. Our wonderful photographer will capture every detail, and we can’t wait to share those moments with you afterward!

Join us Early for the Celebration!

We’d love to make the most of our time with you! If you are interested in arriving before the wedding on Saturday, May 2nd, Please feel free to come as early as you’d like!

We will have a designated area for tent camping & some RV hook ups! There will also be porta-potty’s available and showers!


Please let us know if you plan to arrive early, so we can arrange plans during your stay!

*Prepare for After The Ceremony*

There will be a whole bunch of different activities taking place after the ceremony at 12:00pm! Examples: bonfire, swimming, soccer, different games, dancing, etc! Please bring a change of comfortable clothes and shoes!!

Wedding Schedule:

7:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Vendor setup begins

8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Hair & Makeup for the Bride, Bridesmaids, Flower girls, and Mother of the Groom!

11:00 AM: Photographer arrives- Starts capturing getting-ready photos

11:30 AM- 12:00 PM: Guests Arrive and are seated. Prelude music plays

12:00 PM: Ceremony Begins (Guests seated by ~11:45 AM if possible). Wedding Party lines up!

12:00 PM - 12:30 (12:45 PM): Ceremony begins; processional, vows, ring exchange, readings, kiss, recessional

12:30 PM - 2:00 PM: Cocktail hour begins immediately after the ceremony! Guests can enjoy a selection of finger foods & drinks! Wedding party photos begin and guests photos will take place afterwards!

2:00 PM- 3:30 PM: Small break before reception begins at 4:00 PM! Yard games, soccer, board games, swimming, etc will be available for guests to enjoy during this time! (Optional Bride & Groom attire change before reception begins)

3:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Guests cab begun to fund their seats for the reception!

4:00 PM- 4:30 PM: Grand Entrance of the wedding party & the newlyweds into the reception space! Welcome Toast!

4:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Dinner will be served! Toasts/ speeches (Parents, Maid of Honor, Best Man, and any one else who would like to)

5:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Cake cutting & first bites! Dessert table will be available! Bouquet toss!

5:30 - TBD: Open dancing! First dance, Parent Dance, Open floor! Music plays, guests mingle, lawn games, bonfire, swimming, etc!!
