Best Western Plus Fernie Mountain Lodge
I have booked off some rooms at the Best Western in Fernie for a discounted rate. The code is 2098. You must book by June 10th. There will be a bus to/from the hotel to Jaffray with a small fee.
Bus Shuttle
There will be a bus leaving Best Western at 2:30 and 3:30ish and leaving Jaffray at either 11pm or possibly 2am depending on interest. We will finalize exact times closer to the date.
Few Notes
-The cost will be determined based on interest but most likely $20 per person (this would get you to the ceremony, to the Jaffray Hall from the ceremony, and back to Fernie)
-The bus will not wait as it is on a tight schedule
-Please do not make a mess on the bus or there will be a $500 cleaning fee from the company
Camping at Jaffray Community Centre
Please let us know if you are planning to camp at the hall. There is no charge and there are no hook ups but there are 3 outside bathrooms with flush toilets and running water that you will have access to throughout the night :)
