The ceremony is being held inside a rustic barn on the estate grounds, signs will be located near the parking lot to assist you in the right direction

The reception is also being held on the estate property across from the ceremony area.

Yes, free parking is available in front of the golf course clubhouse and can accommodate 100 vehicles. Guests can leave their cars overnight and can be picked up at 9am the next morning when the gates open.

The ceremony will begin at 3pm pst, please arrive at the venue no later than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat

After the ceremony the brides ask all guests to meet outside the open barn for a champagne (or sparkling juice) toast. Following that, the bridal party will be taking photos close by. Guests will be directed to the area near the reception for cocktail hour where they will be serving appies along with available lawn games.

YES! Wine at dinner as well as your first 2 drinks at the reception are on the brides. All other beverages can be purchased by cash or card at the cash bar onsite. We encourage all of our guests to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe ride home at the end of the night.

Yes, if your invitation is addressed to you "and guest" you are allowed to bring one other person. Please don't RSVP for more than the number of individuals addressed on the invitation

Although we have included some important little ones in our families, we have chosen to allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves by making our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding

Although your presence is more than enough, a small registry has been created for guests wishing to purchase gifts. As the we start this exciting chapter in our lives as wives we also plan on settling down in Langley, BC by purchasing our first home and planning a family. For guests gracious enough to want to contribute towards our future family, guests may provide a monetary gift through cash or e-transfer. E-transfer with your names in the message box so we can send you our greatest thanks.

The vaccination mandate is set to end on April 11 in British Columbia, please expect this mandate to NOT be in effect for our wedding

We want all of our guests to be comfortable, however, we would like our guests to dress in semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ties/suit jackets are NOT mandatory, we ask that guests avoid jeans, hats, and casual clothes.
