Hotels
The two hotels selected are located in Portland and in close proximity to Casco Bay lines ferry terminal. They both offer parking as well. No guest rooms are being held from hotel inventory so if you need a place to stay after the wedding it is recommended to book it sooner than later.
Feel free to check out other hotels or airbnbs, it is more reasonable to stay in South Portland, Westbrook, Scarborough or Saco and take a 10-20 minute uber to the boat.
Holiday Inn by the Bay - Portland
This hotel is a 6 minute uber or a 20 minute walk to Casco Bay lines ferry terminal. The wedding discount of 20% is available for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night. (2 night minimum). Hotel check in is 3:00pm and check out is 11:00 am.
Parking is $15/day
Hilton Garden Inn Portland Downtown Waterfront
The Hilton Garden Inn is directly across the street from Casco Bay Lines. It is a two night minimum stay. They offer valet parking at $35/car per night. The check in time is 4:00 and check out is 12:00.

Getting to Long Island
Boats leave on the dot, give yourselves plenty of time to park so you're on time for the ceremony. Make sure to bring a pair of comfortable shoes. After the boat ride, guests will take a 5 minute walk to Ed and Jeanie's back yard for the wedding.
Fogg's 50 person water taxi charter
Two large water taxis called Kennedy and The Cat were booked to get many guests to the wedding and will be complimentary. These boats will leave on the dot. Saturdays are very busy in Portland so give yourselves plenty of time to park. Location of boats: 72 Commercial Street – the end of Maine Wharf (next to Casco Bay Lines).
Casco Bay Lines
To get to the wedding on time you will need to take the 1:15 ferry boat to Long Island. The ferry ride is about 45 minutes and tickets are purchased at the baylines. Boat tickets cost $14/person. Summer season is very busy and the boat leaves on the dot, it is recommended to arrive at the terminal at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time to buy tickets and secure your spot. The summer schedule will be added to the website when it is announced. There is also a noon boat and guests could get a cocktail at the bakehouse while they wait for the ceremony to begin.
Fogg's Water Taxi and Charters
Water taxis can be reserved ahead of time and can hold up to 6 people for $75/ride. They will get you to the island in 10-15 minutes. It is worth calling ASAP to book your taxi because they fill up the closer we get to summer. Call 207-415-8493 to make a reservation.

Ocean Gateway Parking Lot
This parking lot is close to the ferry terminal but gets filled very quickly. It is $20/day.
Cumberland County Parking Garage
This garage is an eight minute walk to the boat, it costs $4/hour or $30 for 24 hours.
Pink Lot - Portland JetPort
Parking at the pink lot is $8/day and it is a 10-15 minute uber to the baylines.
Greyhound: Bus Stop
Parking is $5/day and a 10 minute uber to the ferry.
