Eagle County Regional Airport (ECE) is in Eagle (about 30 minutes from Vail). There are shuttles services to Vail. This is a regional airport so direct flights are limited and may be expensive. We recommend you fly into Denver (DIA) which is about a 1.5 hour drive to Vail. If you want to group up and share rental cars, there is parking at the hotel.

The dress code for the wedding day will be garden formal. Think summer colors, light fabrics, mid/long length dresses. The ceremony will be outside and in grass so ladies, be careful what heals you wear. It should be warm during the day but the mountains can get a little chilly when the sun goes down so plan accordingly!
