There is an attached parking ramp. Self park for overnight guests is $22 per day (with in and out privileges), and valet parking is $20 for daily parking and $29 for overnight. There are also other (cheaper) parking garages in the close vicinity. One across the street that is quite a bit less.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors in the Grand Atrium at the DoubleTree.

Cocktail attire . A knee or midi length cocktail dress, suit/jacket and tie, or dress shirt and slacks are all perfect. Please no white dresses and no denim.

Please aim to arrive at 3:45pm, so everyone can be in their seats for the ceremony to begin at 4pm. If you are driving, allow extra time for parking. If you arrive early before 3:30pm, please wait downstairs in the hotel lobby before coming up to the ceremony space.

Be prepared to dance with us until 12:00am!

Yes. There will be an open bar during cocktail hour, a wine pour with dinner, and drinks available all night. We will also have mocktails and non-alcoholic beverage options!

The Grand Atrium is on the second floor, directly up the escalator from the lobby. If you arrive before 3:30pm, we kindly ask that you wait in the first floor lobby before going upstairs to the ceremony space.

Yes! Shelby’s new name will be Shelby Johnson. She is keeping Derrick in her name by adding it as a second middle name, making her official full name Shelby Jeanne Derrick Johnson.

While we love your kids, this will be primarily an adults-only celebration. Everyone invited will be included by name on your invitation and listed on the RSVP. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you'll be able to celebrate with us!!
