Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins at 3:00 PM to find your seat and get settled.

Semi-formal attire. Ties/bow-ties not required (but acceptable). Shorter dresses are acceptable, however, you may be cold. Make sure to plan for the weather!

Yes! We'd love for your kids to celebrate with us! The wedding will start earlier in the day so dinner should be served around 5 PM. Big kids have been included in your RSVP, however if you plan on bringing a small child please let us know in the RSVP (there is a questions prompting you). We need to know if they need their own seat at your table.

If your invitation says “[your name]'s guest,” then yes! Otherwise, we’re keeping it intimate and your RSVP is just for you.

Yes, there is enough space for all of our guests to park in the lot at the venue.

We will have appetizers and a charcuterie board out during cocktail hour, and a gourmet pizza and salad buffet during the reception. And, of course there will be cake. Drinks are on us for the night! There will be a limited open bar with beer, wine and a signature drink... can you take a guess at what it is? ;)

We have a place on the RSVP for you to leave a note with your dietary restriction, and the caterer will be able to accommodate you.

If you know Shelby, you know there will be a big dance party.

It can vary year by year, so keep an eye on the weather in the weeks leading up. It could be near freezing temperatures, or it could be sunny and 75 F.
