What is the timeline of events?
6:30pm Ceremony
7-8pm Cocktails and Appetizers
8pm-12am Dinner and Dancing
Where are all of the celebrations taking place?
The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) at Valley Lo Club. It is a short walk to the ceremony site location. The ceremony will be on the green (plan your shoes accordingly).
Cocktails and reception will also take place at Valley Lo Club and will be a short walk back to the main building.
If you are unable to walk to or from the ceremony site, golf carts will be provided.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled.
What is the dress code?
Cocktail/Semi-Formal. Additionally, the ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting), so choose your shoes and attire accordingly.
- Please no jeans, polos or sneakers
- Please don't wear white :)
Can I bring a guest who is not listed on my invitation?
Due to space constraints at our venue, we are regrettably unable to extend invitations for additional plus ones not named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
Will children be allowed to attend?
Similarly to previous question, due to space constraints, we will only be able to extend invitations to children of close family, and their names will be listed on the invitation.
What if I am not vaccinated?
For the safety of all guests, we are requiring you be fully vaccinated in order to attend. Fully vaccinated means you must have your final dose by May 6th. A booster shot is also highly recommended. As of January 2022, Cook County is requiring proof of vaccination (physical or digital card) in order to enter the building.
Will the festivities be inside or outside?
The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) in the grass, so plan accordingly with shoes and attire. Cocktails and the reception will take place inside. There is a balcony that allows people to step outside throughout the evening.
Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Our venue offers free self or valet parking. There is a large parking lot, so parking should not be an issue.
If you have too much fun and need to leave your car there overnight, please let the venue know your car make and model and license plate and plan to pick up your car by 12pm on Sunday.
If I don't plan to drive, how can I get to venue and back to the hotel?
We will be providing complimentary shuttles from the hotel to venue and back to the hotel. Stay tuned for a more detailed schedule!
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on Social Media?
During the ceremony, we ask that guests refrain from having phones out and taking photos. We have 2 photographers who were hired to capture all the special moments.
During the cocktail hour and reception, we encourage photos and social media posting with our hashtag so we may see your photos.

When will I be receiving my invitation?
Invitations will be sent out in late February/early March 2022.
When should I RSVP by?
We ask that all guests RSVP no later than April 30, 2022.
I have dietary restrictions. How do I let you know?
When you fill out your RSVP card, please make sure to make a note of any dietary restrictions.
Will alcohol be served?
Yes, there will be open bar during cocktail hour. The bar will close for dinner and wine will be served at the table. After dinner, the bar will reopen for the remainder of the evening.
