Yes! We will have a short ceremony followed by a reception with heavy hors d'oeuvre, beer & wine, and dancing all taking place in the contemporary wing at The Hunter Museum from 6pm-11pm.

Fancy cocktail! The official theme is Art Nouveau. This is an evening wedding at a museum, so be as creative as you want. The wedding is taking place in late April on the river, so the weather could vary. Please check the forecast so you may layer up or down appropriately as needed.

While we love your kids, no, this is an adults only event. The only exceptions are Adam's three nieces, and if your child is an infant. Please reach out to Shelby or Adam if you have questions or need help with child care.

Parking is very limited. We highly suggest you take an Uber or Lyft, especially if you plan to consume alcohol during the reception. The hotels listed on our Travel page are all nearby (within walking/ride share distance) with easy access from downtown Chattanooga. There maybe a free shuttle service - stay tuned for more details.

While we will keep food options as varied as possible for all our guests, if you happen to have specific dietary restrictions, please reach out to Shelby and Adam so we may accommodate your needs.

As we must leave The Hunter Museum by 11pm, we will most likely continue the party somewhere near downtown Chattanooga. Details on location to come!

The Hunter Museum hours are 10am-5pm, and is closed during events. You may see sculptures, any permanent installations in the open areas of the contemporary wing, and the temporary exhibit in the contemporary wing. There will be a security guard on duty, please do not attempt to wander freely around the museum. If you would like to see any exhibits, please visit the museum during open hours. Reach out to Shelby or Adam if you would like to utilize our membership pass while in Chattanooga!
