We truly wish we could invite all our guests' children to our wedding. Unfortunately, the venue capacity is limited.

Once you turn off the main road onto a private road named Valhalla Rd., please be prepared to provide all guest name(s) to the gate attendant. The property gate will open at 4:00pm.

Parking is limited to 70 spots so we suggest you carpool with friends if possible. There is a round about in the front of the building to drop guests off. There are only two handicap spots so if you think you will need one, please let us know ahead of time. If you need to leave your car overnight, you will need to relocate it to a small parking lot just outside the gate on the main road. All guest vehicles need to vacate the premises by 10:15pm.

Reno International Airport is about 1 hour from South Lake Tahoe through curvy highways. If you choose to fly into Sacramento International Airport, it is about a 2 hour drive on highway and windy mountain roads.
