Like the country song goes, it’s funny what one beer can turn into.

We met in 2023 at a little San Diego brewery called Second Chance. That “one beer” turned into five hours of talking, laughing, and realizing that something real was starting to brew (pun intended).

Since then, we’ve been through a lot; law school for me, paramedic school for Scott, a few moves, job changes, and the loss of loved ones. Through it all, we’ve built a life together filled with love, long study sessions, and escapes to recharge—whether it’s road trips to Tahoe, quick trips to NYC, camping under the stars, or traveling through Europe.

Oh, and we got a dog, Chance, named after the place where it all began. He’s been our loyal sidekick on coffee dates, road trips, and lazy Sundays at home.

Scott proposed in Del Mar, a spot that’s extra special to us because it was often our go-to date night escape during our crazy study times. It was simple, beautiful, and everything we could’ve hoped for.

We’re so excited to celebrate this next chapter with all of you. Thank you for being part of our journey. We can’t wait to raise a glass (or a pint) with you and make even more memories together!
