The Welcome Reception will be taking place at the Black Diamond Lounge on the 8th Floor of the Alyeska Hotel. Light appetizers and beer and wine will be served. The eighth floor has restricted key card access, so please text Siena (949-981-0284) or Daryl (706-662-8635) when you are ready to come up the elevator.

Be ready to head up the tram at 3pm. Tram tickets will be handed out at the Welcome Reception. If you still need a ticket on Saturday, Claire Radford will be at the base of the tram handing out the remaining tickets. Please give her a call if you have any questions. *Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside at the top of the mountain. Please plan to bring a warm coat and to wear flat shoes that will you will be comfortable wearing on uneven surfaces (including snow). We will have a coat check available for you to store your coat and separate pair of shoes (if you would like to wear different shoes for the reception in the ballroom).
