Can I bring a plus one?
We love you and can’t wait to celebrate together! To keep our guest list intimate and within the space we’ve planned for, invitations are only extended to the specific names listed on your invitation. If your invitation says “and guest,” then you’re welcome to bring one. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you celebrate with us just as you are. Thank you so much for understanding—it means the world to us!
What should I wear?
Vibrant Formal – Black tie, but with color!
We’re asking guests to wear formal evening attire in colorful tones—gowns, tuxedos, suits, or cocktail dresses in pastels, bright florals, jewel tones, or tropical hues.
Please no black and no white—we’re creating a vibrant, joy-filled celebration.
Can I bring my kids?
We love your little ones—but this celebration is adults only.
The wedding ceremony and reception are for guests 18 and over. We hope this gives you the chance to let loose and enjoy a fun weekend away!
(If you need help finding a local sitter, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.)
Where should I stay?
We’ve reserved a hotel block for guests at Havana Cabana.
This is also where our Welcome Party will be held, and where the shuttle to the wedding venue will pick up and drop off guests.
The hotel offers a shuttle to downtown Key West until 11 PM nightly, so you’ll have easy access to post-party fun. We recommend booking your room early—Key West fills up fast in February! The link is under the travel section of this website.
Is there transportation to the wedding venue?
Yes! A shuttle will take all guests from the hotel to the wedding venue and return after the reception.
Please plan to use this service—it’s the easiest (and safest) way to enjoy the evening.
Details and exact times will be sent out closer to the big day.
How should I get to Key West?
Key West has a small but convenient airport (EYW) with daily flights from many major cities—this is your closest and easiest option.
Another option is to fly into Miami International Airport (MIA) and rent a car for a scenic 3.5–4 hour drive down through the Florida Keys. It’s a beautiful ride with plenty of places to stop along the way! We highly recommend stopping at Robbie's for lunch and feeding the tarpon!
What kind of dinner will there be?
We’ll be serving a cocktail-style dinner—meaning there won’t be a formal sit-down meal, but there will be plenty of delicious food passed throughout the night.
Come ready to graze and mingle! We recommend eating as the food comes around—there will be more than enough to fill you up, but it won’t all come at once like a plated dinner.
What happens after the reception ends?
The wedding ends at 10:00 PM, and a shuttle will return to the hotel.
If you’re not ready to call it a night, you’re welcome to head into downtown Key West for more fun! The hotel shuttle runs until 11 PM, or you can grab an Uber or taxi if you stay out later.
