The Bride and Groom request that you RSVP by 10/15/2024.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those listed on the invitation.

There are several options to make the 25-minute trip: Drive: Free parking is available at the venue. Ride: Use Uber or Lyft. Shuttle: We are providing a shuttle service for our guests. There is a limited number of seats and is first come first serve.

Embassy Suites provides a free shuttle to and from the airport. The Bride and Groom will be providing a shuttle to and from the hotel for the wedding day.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors in a shaded area. The reception will be held in a pavilion. In the case of bad weather, the pavilion can be closed and has heating and air conditioning to accommodate all possibilities.

Please plan to arrive between 2:30pm and 2:50pm to ensure a smooth start to the day’s events.

For those with mobility issues, a golf cart will be available to transport guests from the drop-off point to the ceremony and reception. Paved sidewalks provide easy access to all areas. While masks won’t be required, we encourage everyone to follow any safety guidelines that make them feel most comfortable.
