Brandon and Sofia met in June of 2021 in Los Angeles when Sofia did her summer internship. They began dating soon after in July and enjoyed a month and a half together as a couple in the same city until Sofia returned to school in Dallas, Texas (almost 1,500 miles apart)! However, that became merely just an obstacle as Sofia always said, "Distance means so little when someone means so much." Like their eventual home state, the beginning of their time apart was rocky. The adjustment of busy school schedules and time zone differences added to the struggles of adjustment. Over time with lots of communication, understanding, and determination they found a way to make it work! Over the next two years, the two would spend the majority of their free time talking on Facetime, sharing reels, and texting each other. They were lucky to find just enough time and flexibility in their schedules to travel to one another and visit each other in their home states. All the travel motivated Brandon to follow in Sofia's footsteps into becoming an adventurous traveler. Their travels have taken them to the other side of the world together. The pair have watched musicals on Broadway, shared a croissant and cappuccino in front of the Eiffel Tower, and even tasted Pasta in Milan. Now the two are ready to take their biggest adventure yet, Marriage. Their love story proves Sofia was right, distance means so little when someone means so much.
