Airports
Denver International Airport
This is about 2 hours - 2 hours and 45 minutes from the wedding location depending on traffic and the hour you fly in. Flights might be more economical to this airport. A rental car may be necessary but there are also shuttle services from the airport that take you to Vail,CO (which is 15 minutes away from venue) and people with cars can help pick up people if they are dropped of here.
Eagle County Regional Airport
This is about 30 minutes away from the wedding location. Flights to this airport might be a little bit more expensive.
Transportation
Beaver Creek Shuttle
Beaver Creek has a complimentary shuttle service that runs daily from 7AM – 12AM. To request a shuttle, download the Village Connect app to your phone or device. The front desk of the Charter at Beaver Creek can also request rides for guests if they don’t want to download the app. The shuttle only services Beaver Creek proper, from the gates to the village. This shuttle will not take guests into the town of Avon but it can drop off at the lower parking lots, Bear Lot and Elk Lot.
Epic Mountain Express
This is a shuttle service that can take you from any airport to the city. Prices are round trip costs.
