There is a parking garage at the venue that provides free parking for guests.

There is no shuttle or transportation service provided for our wedding events.

Uber and Lyft rides are easily available.

There is a hospitality room located in the Lalique Room on the 2nd floor of the Renaissance Hotel which will include both American and Indian breakfasts. Breakfast will be available Thursday, October 16th – Sunday, October 19th from 6am until 9am. There is also room service, a full service restaurant, a Starbucks and a small shop located on the main floor for additional food and beverage options at cost.

Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to each event start time. In order to prevent ceremony and meal delays, each event will start promptly at its designated start time. We appreciate your help in ensuring our events begin on time!

Unless your child(ren)'s name is listed on your invitation and RSVP, please find alternative care for your child(ren). Our events are only able to accommodate those that we have listed on your invitations. Thank you so much for understanding!

While our venue does include a block rate, there are a few neighboring hotels should anyone choose to stay elsewhere. However, we do not have any block room rates outside of our venue.
