Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
Online is perfect! Click the RSVP button on the home page :)
What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by August 1st, 2025. This is a firm deadline, as we’ll be making important decisions based on our final guest count. If we haven’t heard from you by then, we may not be able to guarantee your seat. We truly hope you’ll be there to celebrate with us, so please let us know either way!
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
It will be specified on your invite if you have a guest invite.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
We love all of your children, however the only children invited to our wedding are children of the siblings of the bride and groom as well as children of the groomsmen/bridesmaids. Besides them, this is an adults-only function, and we hope you can enjoy a date night with us!
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Cocktail or Formal Attire is perfect for our wedding!
For men, this may look like a suit or pants and dress shirt with a tie.
For women, feel free to wear a cocktail dress, midi or floor-length gown, pantsuit, long skirt, or dressy separates.
Wear what feels good and looks great on you for the occasion -we’d love to see you get glam with us ✨
Kindly avoid: ball caps, tennis shoes, flip flops, jeans, and the colors of white and cabernet.
What time should I be seated by?
We request that guests be promptly seated by 5pm. Please allot at least 1.5 hours for commute time if driving from Fort Worth or Dallas. There will be a bit of walking involved once you park. Our outdoor bar will open at 4:45pm, so please feel free to arrive early, head to the back, grab a beverage, and settle in at the outside ceremony space :)
Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?
Yes! Plenty of parking right in front of the venue.
Will there be an open bar?
Absolutely! There will be beer, wine, liquor, and non alcoholic options.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
No - we are open to guests staying at whichever accommodations they prefer! Keep in mind that rehearsal dinner for the wedding party will be in Dallas and the wedding will take place in Alvarado (about 30-45 min from Dallas). There are multiple, multiple options to choose from to fit various budgets and needs!
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony is planned to be outdoors and the reception, indoors. However, if the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will move the whole event indoors.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Our ceremony will be unplugged - meaning no phones or pictures during the ceremony please (other than who we hired to take pics) 🙏 After the ceremony, you are welcome to snap up plenty of pics! Thank you so much for your cooperation with this.
What is your wedding hashtag?
#happilyeverhartsuff :)
Do you have a registry?
Yes, we do! It is located on this website under “Registry.” Thank you so much for any contributions! We so appreciate it.
What are the transportation options after the event?
Please assign a designated driver for the evening or schedule an Uber or other ride share service if you’ll be enjoying many drinks :) We want you to stay safe!
What health and safety measures will be in place?
We will have a security guard on duty to make sure guests stay safe during festivities and through the night.
Concerning COVID, health etc, please do what is best for you and what you would want from others! If you find out you are sick, please either stay home and rest OR wear a mask and keep a distance from others as much as possible.
