Where's the wedding?

We’re getting married at our house! Yup—real cozy, real personal, real us. But since our little slice of paradise is, well, off the beaten path, we’re asking all guests to park offsite and hop on a shuttle to the property. Think of it as the pre-party party.

How do I get there?

You’ll start your journey at our very romantic, very scenic… construction yard. Yep, that’s right. We’ve partnered with a local gravel-and-backhoe paradise where you’ll park your car and catch a shuttle to the wedding. Just follow the signs, ignore the dozers, and know that love can blossom anywhere. The address for JL Pretzel Contracting is 13219 N Preston Hwy, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525.

What time should I get to the shuttle lot?

Shuttles start rolling at 4 p.m., and the final one before the ceremony leaves at 5 p.m.

Can I drive straight to your house instead?

We love you—but no. There’s no guest parking at the house. Please use the shuttle system—your tires and our driveway will thank you. If you need to for accessibility reasons, please let us know!

Can I take an Uber or Lyft?

Technically? Yes. Should you? Absolutely not. Here’s the deal: You might find a driver to bring you out here from Morgantown... but once you’re here, you are stranded. Like, “hope you brought a sleeping bag” stranded. If you attempt this move, just know you’ll be catching a ride home with a friendly local in a pickup truck full of cooler ice and beer.

What if someone in my group needs extra help getting around?

We’ve got you. Let us know in advance and we’ll make sure accessible transportation is available and smooth.

Are kids invited?

Absolutely! We can’t wait to celebrate with them too. There will be plenty of space to run around and snacks to munch on. Just make sure they’re dressed to party (and maybe not in their finest white clothes—grass stains are real out here).

Will everything be outside?

Yes! Ceremony, reception, dancing—it’s all outdoors (weather permitting). We’ll have tents just in case the weather decides to be extra dramatic. We have a “go with the flow” attitude. Rain or shine, this party is happening.
