Her Story:

I had moved to Houston, and my then roommate now best friend brought up going to a football game with some people she knew in high school. I tagged along, but was very shy and didn't know anyone in the group. Sedi made it a point to make sure I was included; he peeked past someone to ask me my opinion on the topic. After that I knew I at least wanted to be his friend; we had a theater class together and I made sure to stay after class to get his number. Instead of giving me his number right away he walked with me back to the dorms, and we planned to go to a play together. A month later he asked me to be his girlfriend, and the rest history!

His Story:

We met through a mutual friend. At our first meeting I came to Sophia's dorm to see her and our mutual friend so we could go to a football game together. When our mutual friend opened the door and introduced me to Sophia, I remember thinking that she was beautiful I would love to get to know her more. She was shy at first but slowly warmed up to me as the day progressed. She left the game early and I remember thinking that I wish I could talk to her more. But as fate would have it we were already in a class together that would meet the Monday after that first encounter. After class we saw each other and walked back to the freshmen dorms together (In my head I'm thinking GREAT now I will see her at least once a week.). We exchanged numbers and over the next few weeks spent more and more time together! I asked her if she would be my girlfriend and she said 'YES'. And that is only the beginning.
