Where can I park for the welcome party?

Parking for the welcome party at Poogan's Courtyard is available at the Cumberland Street Garage and Concord Street Garage, both just a short walk from the venue.

How and when should I RSVP?

Since many of our guests will be traveling, we ask that you RSVP as soon as you are able. A final headcount will be collected March 1st. Please RSVP using the RSVP tab on this website.

When should guests reserve their accommodations?

Charleston will be especially busy during our wedding weekend due to it being peak wedding season and the multiple events, including the College of Charleston graduation, so we encourage guests to book lodging early to secure the best options.

Will there be any travel delays during the wedding weekend?

Yes — Charleston is hosting an airshow on Saturday, which will temporarily close the airport runway at times. If you’re flying in that day, please plan for potential flight delays or consider arriving Friday to avoid disruptions.

Where can I park at the wedding venue?

Parking will be available in a spacious grass lot located next to the reception tent. Signage and security will guide you once you arrive at the venue.

What is the attire?

Our celebration will be a formal garden party! Think light, festive, and elegant - suits, dresses, and formal attire.

Can we bring our kids to the wedding?

Yes, immediate family are welcome to bring their kids for the ceremony! For the reception, we kindly encourage parents to consider arranging a babysitter so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. If you’d like local babysitter recommendations, please ask the bridal party for recommendations.

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Gates open at 4:30pm, and we kindly ask guests to arrive at 5:00pm to allow time to park, find your seat, and settle before the celebration begins.

Can I bring my phone to the ceremony?

We kindly ask that the ceremony remain unplugged to create a truly intimate and present experience. Feel free to capture all the memories you like during cocktail hour and the reception!

Will there be a bar?

Yes! We will have a full open bar available during cocktail hour and throughout the reception. Cheers!

Will transportation be provided?

Yes, transportation will be provided at the end of the night.
