Guests are required to RSVP through this website. You will find a box on the home page with RSVP, click that box and you type the name of a guest invited to the wedding and go from there. When guests RSVP through this website there is an automatic section to state any dietary requirements that guests may want Scott and Sophie to be aware of so they can do their very best to cater for you.

Yes at both Powderham Castle and Carriages there will be vegetarian food options for all our guests to enjoy.

There will be a range of soft drink options available for guests such as orange juice, lemonade, still and sparkling water and for those who aren't driving there will also be plenty of alcoholic rosé wine.

THE ENCHANTED WEDDING CEREMONY celebrations at Powderham Castle will be a child free event. All guests invited to the HAPPILY EVER AFTER EVENING RECEPTION are more than welcome to celebrate this magical occasion with their children. Guests who are invited to THE ENCHANTED WEDDING CEREMONY and THE HAPPILY EVER AFTER EVENING RECEPTION are more than welcome to leave anytime during the wedding celebrations at Powderham Castle to bring their children along to the Devon Hotel and Carriages for the evening reception.

Yes, the wedding cake will be gluten free however, we can't rule out any other dietary requirements when it comes to the cake.

Everybody invited should feel as comfortable in whatever they choose to wear. For example if your littlest ones decide that they would like to wear a Queen Elsa costume or any of the marvel character costumes then please let them as it will add a little more magic to our special day. Even if they decide they'd like to wear formal party attire there is an option for them to do so. This is a fun event and there aren't many opportunities for grown ups to dress up so everyone is welcome to become the hero or princess that they are.

Wedding guests can arrive at anytime from 11:30 as our ceremony is due to begin at 12:30.

Guests are welcome to record videos and take photo's as much as they like before and after the enchanted wedding ceremony. However, Sophie and Scott kindly request to have an unplugged ceremony so guests can enjoy this magical moment. There will be a photographer and videographer to capture every moment of Scott and Sophie's fairytale wedding.

Yes, there will be both a photographer and videographer who will be capturing memories of this special day.

No, unfortunately guests are kindly asked to arrange their own transportation.

Yes there are many rooms at The Devon Hotel for guests to book. Guests can only receive a discount when booking via telephone quoting Scott and Sophie at the time of booking. There are also plenty of B&B's and other hotels around the area near Powderham Castle and Devon Hotel area if guests wish to stay the night before or the night of the wedding else where.

The happily ever after evening reception guests can arrive anytime from 5pm.

Unfortunately not. There will however be a complimentary bottle of prosecco on each table for guests to toast the happily married couple.

Yes at both Powderham Castle and in the Regency Suite at Carriages there will be a wishing well where guests can place the cards into. Any contents that will be placed inside will be secured and under lock and key. Don't forget to make a wish.

Yes, there is plenty of parking at both venues.
