The ceremony and reception will be held at Cattle Springs in Arlee, MT on August 8, 2026, starting at 5:00 PM. Please arrive a few minutes early to the ceremony.

Our celebration is outdoors in August, so we suggest light fabrics and dressy-but-not breezy outfits. Think flowy dresses, jumpsuits, or dress/collared shirts with slacks/dress pants or nice dark jeans. Jackets and ties are optional. Please avoid overly casual looks like ripped denim, t-shirts, or shorts. We also recommend comfortable shoes for grass and barn-wood flooring.

There is lots of parking available at the venue. We are currently looking into a transportation option.

Yes! Most hotels are in Missoula and we've reserved a room block at the C'mon Inn - please let us know if you book here so we can keep tabs on rooms available. Visit the Travel Tab for more information.

The Missoula Airport is the closest airport to the venue with a travel time of about 30 minutes.

We will be serving beer, wine, seltzers, and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the evening! If you prefer cocktails or other drinks, please plan accordingly.

Food will be a buffet style taco bar. Please note any dietary restrictions/accommodations needed when you RSVP.

Absolutely - only adults are listed on the invitations but if you plan on bringing your kids, please note that when RSVPing! There will be some games available for the kids as well. Please note that if you plan to camp/stay on site we plan on partying till 11:00 PM.

We are having an unplugged ceremony - please keep phones away until cocktail hour! We will happily share our photographers' photos from the ceremony when we receive them.
