Q: Can I bring a guest?

A: If your invitation includes a +1, it will say so on your RSVP. Please reach out if you’re unsure!

Q: Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

A: Yes! Both will be held at Bearpath Country Club. No need to travel between locations.

Q: What time should I arrive?

A: The ceremony starts at 5:00 PM—please arrive by 4:45 PM to be seated.

Q: What’s the weather like?

A: Late June in Minnesota is usually warm and sunny. Keep an eye on the forecast, and dress accordingly for indoor/outdoor transitions.

Q: Will there be transportation provided?

A: No shuttles will be provided. You’re welcome to drive yourself, or we recommend using Uber/Lyft if you’d prefer not to drive.

A: Yes! We’ve reserved rooms at two hotels—click the “Travel” tab for booking details

Q: How does the gate work for weddings at Bearpath Country Club?

A: When you arrive at Bearpath, please use the far-left lane nearest the gatehouse. Let the guard know you’re here for the wedding and share your name, OR use the QR code available on our wedding website under "Gate Pass." You’ll already be on the approved guest list, so the guard will welcome you in. We recommend arriving early, as there may be delays or backups at the gate.

If you’re using Uber or Lyft, tell your driver to use the left lane and mention the wedding at the gatehouse. Ride-share drivers are allowed in as long as the passenger’s name is on the list.

Vendors and early arrivals are pre-registered to ensure smooth entry.
