FAQs
what is the dress code?
Please see the tabs "Balinese Wedding" and "White Wedding" for further information on the dress code for each event.
Can I bring my children?
While we haven't included children on the invites, if you'd like to bring your little ones, please let Sophie or Corok know in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate them.
For those coming from abroad
Where should I stay?
We recommend staying in the Seminyak area as both weddings will take place here (they're roughly a 20 minute car journey apart). There are lots of hotels, villas and guesthouses around (Airbnb and booking.com are the best places to check)
If you would like to stay at the Padma Resort itself, please let us know, as we can get discounted room rates for wedding guests.

How do I get around in Bali?
The easiest way to get around Bali is by motorbike but if you haven't done this before, we don't recommend starting now!
You can download the apps GoJek and Grab, as they provide taxi services for both car and motorbike.
Alternatively, if you'd like to explore the rest of the island, you can hire a private driver for the day. If you'd like to do this let us know and we can give you some contacts.
Do I need a VISA to get into Bali?
Yes, you can get the 30-day visa on arrival. You can get this either at Denpasar airport, or online before your trip. It costs 500,000 IDR (about £24)
Note, to enter Indonesia, your passport must have an ‘expiry date’ at least 6 months after the date you arrive and have at least 2 blank pages.
Do you have a wedding registry?
No we don't - since you’re traveling for our wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself — physical gifts are absolutely not necessary!
