Although we love your children, this is going to be an adults-only kind of day as we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited seating. Thank you for your understanding.

Once you receive your formal invitation, please RSVP by August 23rd, 2025.

If we do not receive your RSVP by August 23rd, 2025, it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

South Lake Tahoe is an arid mountain town nestled in the Sierra Nevada. Be prepared for elevation changes as you fly and drive in, as well as as you go about your day exploring Lake Tahoe and celebrating with us. Edgewood does not allow pets but several of the surrounding hotels (including those on our travel page) are dog friendly. However, please note, we will be in bear country so please be mindful of your pets and keep them leashed and inside at night.

Cocktail attire, please. The ceremony and cocktail hour is located outside on a manicured lawn, so please dress accordingly. We recommend a jacket or wrap and sunglasses for the ceremony. Anticipated weather in the area has a high of 56°F (13°C) to a low of 41°F (5°C).

Please arrive at least 30mins prior to the ceremony start time. We will have music and welcome beverages upon arrival for you to enjoy until the ceremony start time. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed. If this means telling your loves ones the ceremony starts at 4:30pm we are in full support of this decision.

If you are not staying at Edgewood, a shuttle service will be stationed at The Coachman hotel from 4pm-4:30pm to take guests to Edgewood for the wedding ceremony. At the end of the night, the shuttle will take guests from Edgewood to surrounding hotels (Basecamp South, Desolation Hotel, Station House Inn, The Coachman Hotel, The Landing Resort) within a one mile radius of Edgewood. The shuttle will run approximately every twenty minutes starting around 9pm until the end of the night with last ride at 11:30pm.

The greatest gift you can give us on the day is to be truly present, so we ask to please turn off all phones and cameras during the ceremony so you can enjoy this special moment with us.

There is complimentary valet parking at Edgewood for wedding guests. For all overnight hotel guests there will be a per night parking fee.

There will be a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres from 5:30-6:30pm and then a plated dinner will be served from 7-8pm.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree ending with a selection of desserts and cake. Please note your entree choice and any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

If you would like to change your choice for dinner, feel free to go through the RSVP process again and you'll be able to re-select your meal option. If you have any trouble doing so, please feel free to reach out directly to Sophie or Ethan. Meal options will be locked on August 23rd once RSVP's are due so please be sure to update prior to that date.
