Zoom is compatible with Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android and should be easily accessible in your browser by typing in zoom.us

To join a zoom meeting you will need to click on the link above or to use the meeting ID, open zoom in your browser and select "join a meeting.

You DO NOT need a zoom account to be a guest.

Select “join computer audio” to be able to hear the ceremony. All attendee microphones will be muted for the ceremony. If you want to comment during the ceremony, please use the chat feature.

The lower left hand corner will have options to be able to turning on/off your computer video. Turning your video off will only turn off video feed for you; you will still be able to see the ceremony. We hope you feel comfortable to keep your video on.

The upper right hand corner will allow you different views of the meeting. Speaker view: will highlight the video feed of the person speaking and minimize others who are not speaking. Gallery view: this will allow all participants to be viewed at once regardless of who is speaking

Please join the virtual ceremony a few minutes before the ceremony begins.

We will record the ceremony, so don't worry if something happens and you are unable to watch. We're happy to send you the recording at a later date.
