As you are coming down dogwood road, be on the look out for our white signs. They will direct you to parking. Let the couple know if you have any accessibility concerns and we can coordinate with you directly.

Edgewood Resort has various cabins that can fit a range of people. Their website says they rent these cabins by the week. However, we have been told that they are willing to book cabins for a nightly rate!

Downtown Park Rapids, MN is one of Megan's favorite downtowns, ever. There are great shops and boutiques that you could spend all afternoon exploring. Not to mention an old fashioned candy store and TWO bookstores.

Megan's favorite store in town. You could literally spend days combing through all of the treasures. Linda, the store owner, is the cherry on top.

As you are traveling east from Detroit Lakes to Park Rapids on highway 34, there is a small "public restroom" stoping point and parking lot. More importantly, this is also a trail head for the Smoky Hills State Forest.
