On that Sunday night, Stacey downloaded Hinge. An hour later, Jeff "liked" Stacey. After texting back and forth on Hinge late into the night, they exchanged numbers.

By this time, Jeff and Stacey had gone out on a few dates. Turns out, they had mutual friends from school and a lot in common.

COVID... indoor and outdoor social distancing was in effect. Jeff routinely biked 100+ miles across the Bay to see Stacey. Stacey made a lot of sourdough bread and pies for him, in return.

By summer of 2020, the CDC conceded that being < 6ft from significant others was no longer a public health threat... and made for nicer bike dates.

Outdoor activities with friends became a favorite pastime.

Maddie O'Brien, the world's sweetest goldendoodle, joined the crew.

Jeff proposed on the 5th of November, making it an easy date to remember.

Stacey and Jeff had their engagement photoshoot at Baker Beach.

Stacey was confirmed into the Catholic Church at Easter Vigil, with Jeff as her sponsor.
